Syncro pricing is $129 per technician per month for Core and $179 for Team when billed annually, or $159 and $209 billed monthly. Both MSP plans include unlimited managed endpoints, RMM and PSA. Moving from Core to Team costs $600 per technician per year and adds real-time ticket automations plus Automated Triage and Dispatch, alongside Microsoft 365 security features. For 10 technicians, that upgrade is $6,000 a year before any future AI credit costs.

For an MSP owner sizing Syncro, the first decision is the billing term. For a Core customer considering Team mainly for routing, the decision is whether its native dispatch model fits the desk. Our guide to Syncro ticket automations explains the routing behavior behind that purchase.

How much does Syncro cost per technician?

You pay for each technician who uses Syncro, not per client or managed endpoint. Core targets emerging and growing MSPs with endpoint management, ticketing and client billing. Team adds operational and security capabilities to that foundation. These USD prices come from Syncro's pricing page at syncrosecure.com, read October 24, 2026. The former syncromsp.com domain redirects there.

Core's billing toggle says Save 19 percent. Keep the displayed annual rate separate from the monthly price when comparing quotes. Syncro's own example puts three technicians on annual Team at $6,444 per year all-in, calculated as $179 multiplied by 12 and then by 3.

Why do Syncro pricing search results disagree?

Third party results from Capterra, the SuperOps blog and field service directories quote conflicting starting prices. Some show $129, while the competitor blog shows $159 for Core because it uses monthly billing. Those figures describe different billing terms. Treat directory and competitor summaries as attributed context, then compare the same term against Syncro's published rates.

Are Syncro RMM pricing and Syncro PSA pricing separate?

No separate RMM or PSA subscription is needed within these MSP plans. Both are included in every plan, so searches for Syncro RMM pricing, Syncro MSP pricing or Syncro PSA pricing lead to the same per-technician baseline. Unlimited endpoints means the license calculation follows technician access rather than device growth.

If you are searching for Syncro XMM pricing, use the named plans and included scope in the current quote instead of assuming another public price. Syncro separately lists IT Teams pricing for internal IT at $179 per user billed annually. That audience is different from an MSP choosing between Core and Team.

Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup is an add-on at $1.90 per user per month. Keep its user count separate from the technicians using Syncro. When onboarding a new managed services client, a company background check can also be a separate purchasing decision. Neither belongs hidden inside the base Syncro license cost.

What does Syncro Team plan pricing buy for routing?

The annual Core to Team step is $50 per technician per month, or $600 per technician per year. The monthly billing gap is also $50. For 10 technicians, either schedule adds $6,000 across a full year. That buys both workflow triggers and native technician selection, which solve different parts of dispatch.

Which ticket automations require Team?

Hourly ticket automations are available on every plan. They run about once an hour, without a fixed execution time, so they suit periodic checks better than immediate intake assignment. Ticket Created and Ticket Updated automations require Team and can trigger routing, escalation and SLA enforcement as tickets arrive or change.

Only one Ticket Created automation runs for a ticket, with the first matching rule winning. The classic Assign to action selects one fixed user. It does not rotate through technicians or choose someone by workload. Buying real-time execution changes when a rule runs, but does not turn that fixed destination into a dynamic selection policy.

How does Automated Triage and Dispatch choose a technician?

Team's Automated Triage and Dispatch prioritizes incoming tickets and routes them using skills, availability and workload. Skill scores draw on up to 100 resolved tickets from the past three months. Workload uses high-priority ticket count, so confirm that this measure reflects the pressure your dispatcher needs to balance.

Calendar behavior also matters. Outlook checks working hours and treats a technician who is 75 percent booked as unavailable. Google Calendar checks only out of office. Test the calendar your desk actually uses rather than assuming both sources express availability the same way.

Dispatch modes are disabled, suggest and assign. New accounts default to suggest, so seeing a recommendation does not establish that automatic assignment is enabled. Team also adds the Real-Time Ticket View Metrics Dashboard for queue health, technician workload and SLA status. Use it to review dispatch alongside the rules that change ticket ownership.

What could Syncro automated dispatch cost after January 2027?

Syncro says AI features are included at no additional charge until February 2027, while the plan table says free through January 2027. Both descriptions put the end of the included period after January. Do not assume that included AI usage is a permanent part of the technician price.

After that period, AI features run on credits. Each technician receives a monthly bank of free credits, a dashboard shows consumption per technician, and overages are never charged without approval. The verified details do not establish a dollar budget for your dispatch volume. Ask how dispatch consumes credits and what happens when the included bank is exhausted before treating the subscription total as the complete future routing cost.

What is the yearly Syncro cost for your team?

The table shows yearly subscription totals for 5, 10 and 20 technicians. Annual rows use annual billing rates multiplied by 12. Monthly rows show 12 monthly payments at the published monthly rates. Combined setups give every technician the same Assigner tier. Taxes, backup, future AI overages and connection work are outside these calculations.

For 10 technicians billed annually, Core plus Assigner Team is $17,640, compared with $21,480 for Syncro Team. Assigner Team contributes $2,160 of that combined total. With monthly billing, the same combined setup totals $23,400 across the year, compared with $25,080 for Syncro Team. These are subscription comparisons, not equivalent feature bundles or guaranteed total savings.

When does Assigner beside Syncro Core make sense?

Assigner is a separate routing layer using rules you control, with a reason recorded for every assignment. Starter costs $7 per user per month billed yearly or $15 billed monthly. Team is $18 billed yearly or $36 monthly, Business $36 or $72, and Enterprise $49 or $98. Each rate is per user per month, and plans have a 5 user minimum.

Starter includes round robin, skill-based assignment, capacity caps and availability skip. Assigner Team adds load-balanced and priority routing. Business adds multiple teams and queues, weighted rotation and an assignment audit log. Enterprise includes custom rules and integrations alongside its security and support scope. Choose a tier from the required routing policy rather than assuming Starter covers every balancing requirement.

A workflow beside Core needs a verified connection from ticket intake to owner writeback. Confirm identity mapping, supported delivery methods and ownership updates before buying around the comparison. This is not a claim of a dedicated native Syncro connector. Connection work and ongoing administration belong in the budget. Our MSP ticket assignment guide helps define the policy to test.

When is Syncro Team the better buy?

Team is the stronger candidate when you want its Microsoft 365 security and management features anyway. These include multi-tenant management, Entra ID sync and actions, automated license billing, CIS security baselines, drift alerts, posture scoring and branded assessment reports. Network discovery, asset warranty tracking, session recording and advanced identity governance also add value beyond routing.

Native dispatch can also be the better operational fit when its skill history, calendar checks and high-priority workload model match your desk. A lower subscription beside Core does not replace Team's M365 capabilities or remove connection responsibilities. If considering mixed Core and Team technicians, Syncro says to contact sales and recommends a single tier. Do not budget a mixed deployment as an established self-service option.

How should an MSP compare Syncro before buying?

Syncro offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card and full platform access. Use it to test first-match creation rules, suggest versus assign behavior, calendar availability and the workload signal. Keep the future credit question visible while testing features available during the included AI period.

For alternatives, compare our guides to HaloPSA pricing per agent, Atera pricing per technician and Autotask PSA pricing using the same team size and billing term. For the Core to Team decision, return to Syncro ticket automations and test the actual assignment policy. Buy Team for capabilities your desk needs, or evaluate Core with a separate routing layer when controlled distribution is the requirement.
