Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Assigner website and platform. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to, interfering with the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup, in US dollars, and priced per user. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the work you route through Assigner and the rules and team details you configure. We use that data solely to route your work, apply your rules, and provide the service. We claim no ownership over your data or the assignments produced for you.
The AI assists, and assignment is advisory
Assigner is a tool that routes incoming work to the right available person by skill, workload, and availability, using rules you control, and shows the reason on every assignment. The AI assists by suggesting the best match; the rules stay yours and you remain in control. Assigner is designed to help distribute work more fairly and faster; it does not guarantee any specific outcome, and any result depends on your team, your rules, and your volume. Sample data shown on this site is illustrative only. You are responsible for the rules you set and the assignments you accept.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty as to the accuracy of any assignment or the performance of any routing rule. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assigner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decision you make based on our assignments, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
