We aim to be plain and honest about what we do with data. Assigner routes incoming work to the right available person using rules you control, and every assignment is explainable. The AI assists; the rules stay yours.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a verification code we send to confirm it. If you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message. We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you, along with any UTM parameters in the link you arrived from.

Work you route through Assigner

When you use Assigner to route work, we process the items you send it (such as tickets, leads, or requests) and the assignment rules and team details you configure, so we can match each item to the right available person by skill, workload, and availability. Because this data can include personal information about your customers, leads, and team members, we handle it with care and use it only to provide the service. Any sample tickets, leads, assignees, or figures shown on this site are illustrative only and do not represent a live integration. All figures are in US dollars.

How we use information

How we share information

We keep account, routing, and contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. Because routing can touch customer and lead data, we treat that information as sensitive. Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logging, and additional deployment options.

Rules you control, and explainable assignment

Assigner is designed so the rules stay yours: you set how work is assigned (round-robin, load-balanced, skill-based, priority, capacity caps), and every assignment shows why it went where it did. The AI assists by suggesting the best match; it does not take over. Assigner is designed to help distribute work more fairly and faster, and it does not guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on your team, your rules, and your volume.

Your choices
