SysAid pricing starts at $89 per agent per month for the Professional plan, which is the only figure SysAid publishes. Enterprise is quoted, starts at 20 agents, and adds a sandbox, custom AI agents, 300K Workato credits, the Gold service package and faster support. Ten agents on Professional come to about $10,680 a year before add-ons. Many third-party pricing pages still quote $79 for a Help Desk plan and $108 for ITSM, which describes the older plan lineup, not the one on SysAid's own pricing page today.

This page is for the IT manager or service desk lead who has SysAid on a shortlist and needs a number before the demo. Every figure below comes from SysAid's pricing page as read in October 2026 unless it says otherwise. Where SysAid does not say something, such as the billing term behind the $89, this page says that too.

SysAid pricing by plan in 2026

SysAid now sells two ITSM plans. The page headline reads ITSM Plans From $89 per Agent per Month, and both plans carry a button to get a quote or contact sales, so the $89 is a starting point for a conversation rather than a checkout price.

Both plans include the AI Copilot for agents and end users, the prebuilt AI agents, the visual workflow designer, SLA management, BI dashboards over 36 months of data, the Microsoft Teams app and 24/6 support hours. The gap between the plans is mostly scale, testing and support, not core service desk features.

What SysAid costs for 5, 10, 20 and 50 agents

At the published Professional rate, before add-ons, the yearly license cost is simple arithmetic. Enterprise has no public rate, so the 20 and 50 agent rows show Professional only.

AgentsProfessional per monthProfessional per year
5$445$5,340
10$890$10,680
20$1,780$21,360
50$4,450$53,400

Only agents count toward that number. End users who submit tickets through the portal, email or Teams are not priced per head on the plan cards. Assets are a different matter, covered below.

Why third-party sites show $79 and $108

Search for SysAid cost and several pricing directories and software blogs list about $79 per user per month for a Help Desk plan and $108 for an ITSM plan, plus a quoted Enterprise tier. Capterra lists three plans with custom quotes. Those pages describe the older three plan lineup and, in at least one case, the author calls the figures their own estimate.

SysAid's current page shows two plans and one published number. If someone hands you a budget built on $79, it is out of date in two ways: the plan it refers to is no longer on the page, and the cheapest plan that is on the page costs $10 more per agent.

Third-party price pages lag the vendor by months, which is why procurement teams that track several vendors at once often set up price change monitoring on the pricing pages they care about rather than trusting a directory.

How SysAid calculates your quote

SysAid answers its own FAQ question on how the subscription is priced in one sentence: it depends on the package, the number of users, and the number of assets that need to be managed, such as workstations, servers and mobile devices. In practice that gives you three levers.

  • Agents. The $89 is per agent. Count only the people who work tickets.
  • Assets. Both plans include 250 managed assets. A 300 person company with a laptop and a phone each is already past that, and additional asset packs are an add-on with no public price.
  • Add-ons. Patch management (powered by GFI), remote support (powered by Splashtop), advanced discovery (powered by Lansweeper), License Manager Advanced, extra Workato credits, a private AWS instance for Enterprise, and the Silver, Gold and Gold VIP service packages are all priced separately.

The page does not state whether $89 assumes an annual contract or monthly billing. Ask before you compare it with any vendor that publishes both. The free trial includes all features and needs no credit card, and SysAid lists PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers and checks as payment methods once you pick a plan.

Hidden costs to ask about before you sign

  1. Asset overage. Count your devices before the call. Asset packs are the line most likely to grow every year.
  2. Onboarding. The Gold package is included in Enterprise and an add-on in Professional. If you need guided setup on Professional, get the Silver or Gold price in writing.
  3. Sandbox. Testing workflow and routing changes outside production needs the sandbox, which is an add-on on Professional.
  4. Workato credits. The AI agents and integrations run on Workato credits, 100K on Professional and 300K on Enterprise. Ask what a typical month uses and what an extra pack costs.
  5. Retention. Professional keeps service data for 2 years. If audit or compliance needs longer history, that pushes you to Enterprise.

SysAid pricing compared with other ITSM tools

For context, here is how the published SysAid rate sits against the per agent figures we have verified on other vendors' own pricing pages.

ToolLowest published per agent rateNotes
SysAid Professional$89 per monthEnterprise quoted, from 20 agents
Freshservice$19 per monthPlans at $19, $49 and $99, checked October 2026
ServiceDesk Plus Cloud$13 per monthStandard $13, Professional $27, Enterprise $67, checked September 2026
ServiceNow ITSMNo list priceBenchmarks of $38 to $200 per fulfiller per month

The SysAid number looks high next to the entry tiers of Freshservice and ServiceDesk Plus, but it is a single plan with change, problem, asset management, the AI features and BI included, so the fair comparison is against their middle and upper tiers. Our breakdowns of Freshservice pricing by plan, ServiceDesk Plus technician license cost and ServiceNow ITSM pricing per fulfiller show what each tier includes.

Does SysAid include automatic ticket assignment?

Yes, at the rule level. Both plans list routing rules that auto-assign tickets by user, category, group, location or SLA, plus email rules that route on content or metadata, and the dashboards show agent workload. That decides which queue or which named person a ticket goes to.

What the plan comparison does not list is round robin rotation, load-based assignment, or skipping people who are off shift or on leave. If fair distribution inside a group is the reason you are shopping, ask the SysAid team to show it in the demo on your own groups, and do not assume it from the routing rules line.

That gap is also why some teams do not switch help desks at all. If your current tool already handles incidents and assets and the real problem is who gets each ticket, a routing layer is a much smaller purchase. Assigner sits beside your existing service desk and picks the owner of every ticket by skill, workload and availability, with round robin, capacity caps and time off built in, and it records the reason for each assignment. See how it works for round robin ticket assignment and support ticket routing.

What 10 agents cost on SysAid and on Assigner

OptionWhat it coversYearly cost for 10 agents
SysAid ProfessionalFull ITSM: tickets, change, problem, assets, AI, routing rules$10,680 plus add-ons
Assigner TeamAssignment only: load balanced and priority routing beside your current help desk$2,160 billed yearly
Assigner StarterRound robin, capacity caps and availability skip$840 billed yearly

These are not substitutes for each other. If you need a new service desk, compare SysAid with other ITSM suites. If you already have one and tickets keep landing on the wrong person, run the Assigner demo on sample tickets first, then check Assigner pricing. Plans start at $7 per user per month billed yearly ($15 billed monthly) with a 5 user minimum.
